10 Minute Slam Ball Full Body Home Workout (Intermediate) ___ #SlamBall #WallBall #FullBodyWorkout ___ This 10-minute slam ball workout will definitely get you breathing hard!  I labeled this for intermediate trainees,  as this will up your cardio a bit higher than normal for circuit training.    If you were a beginner,  you could still try this workout,  you may just have to pause the video a little longer for your rest breaks.  This routine for sure got me working up quite the sweat!  Yes,  this particular ball is called a wall ball.  It is mainly used for twisting and rotational movements such as throwing the ball into a hard wall,  or squatting down and explosively throwing the ball vertically into a wall lightly.  I just called this a slam ball workout since we will be slamming the ball into the ground a lot.  If you use a traditional slam ball,  you may want to use a lighter weight as the ball will not bounce very much.  I like this soft slam ball (aka wall ball) as there's a little more bounce to it to flow through the movements easier,  yet still provides me with a nice cardiovascular benefit.  Although in this workout,  you can use this wall ball to slam it into the ground.  This brand holds up very well and maintained it shape compared to a lesser quality type of wall ball I've used in the past.  This is a mid-tier grade ball I'm using by Day-1 Fitness.
