'100 NavySeal Burpees, 300 Push Ups, Total Body Workout'

'So I have finally been able to do 10 rounds of this routine with 100/10 rounds of navy seals burpees without changing the variation of burpees, which I was not able to do if you watch my previous workout routine with similar routine as this. I notice the time I used to complete this session is close to 45 mins, which I will continue to work on and I will do it again in just 30 minutes.  Stay focus and keep breaking Jericho to all of you who are training.'
