'20 MINUTE CORE AND HIIT WORKOUT 7AM EVERY MONDAY FOR NOVEMBER ALL LEVELS  November is a notoriously hard month to stay motivated so I\'m doing a workout every Monday morning at 7am to help get you in killer shape for the Xmas season :D   All you need is your workout gear and a bottle of water :D  You work at your own pace so whatever your level, hopefully it will work great for you :D  Be sure to COMMENT if you\'re planning to do it or when you finish the workout and how you found it :D'
