Home Ab or core workout - Day 14 of 21 Day Body Transformation Challenge naturally

So here were are on the 14th day of the 21 day Transformation challenge. I will doing all the home workout targeting all body parts. All workouts will be done at home with natural diet. The aim is to loose fat which was gained particularly during lockdown and gaining lean muscle at the same time. There would be mix of body weight and cardio exercises over the period of 21 days.
