'Tasha Turnbull, owner of T2 Fitness  has partnered with the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia to bring you a 15 minute low impact total body workout.  You will need a chair, a pair of dumbbells, two water bottles, or two canned goods to complete this workout.  Modifications will be provided so this workout can be utilized for all training levels.'
