The Four-Minute Dumbbell Workout

Grab a set of dumbbells and a workout bench and join us in a dumbbell workout that will not only work your entire body, but will do it in only four minutes!  The Four-Minute Dumbbell Workout consists of eight exercises, each done for 30 seconds: 1) Left Leg Dumbbell Step-Ups 2) Right Leg Dumbbell Step-Ups 3) Chest Presses 4) Biceps Curls 5) Overhead Shoulder Presses 6) Triceps Kickbacks 7) Dumbbell Rows 8) Squats  When selecting your weights, use a weight that is challenging but you can still maintain proper form.  This is a weight that makes your last few reps difficult, but not so difficult that you have to push or swing with other parts of your body to perform the last few reps.
