The workout: Superset 1: - Single Arm Dumbbell Press on a Swiss Ball (this is extremely good for core development) - Explosive Pull Ups Superset 2: - Feet Elevated Pike Push Ups - Bent Over Barbell Rows - Single Arm Kettlebell Shoulder Press Superset 3: - Bodyweight Rear Delt Flys - Bodyweight Bicep Curls For each superset we performed 3 sets of 8-10 reps. When training for hypertrophy, aim for 6-13 reps. This will ensure that you build the most size from each workout. If you try this style of training, you will start using muscles that you\'ve never used before. Exercises like the single arm kettlebell shoulder press require so much stabilization in your rotator cuff and core, which will ultimately lead to a more powerful physique.
