'We\'re so excited to welcome back our amazing, loyal and supportive members back and some new faces too on 12th April (the day before our 3rd Birthday!!!) We know everyone\'s been super keen to get their hands on the class timetable and we\'re pleased to finally be able to release our plans. As always, meticulous planning has gone into our class timetable to ensure that at all times, we remain covid compliant, that we provide plenty of variety and that we have some available for you to try out 7 days a week whilst the indoor gym also operates for individual training, Personal Training and programming for our members who are enrolled in empower, our 30 day results guaranteed programme where you get 1:1 time with us. We haven\'t even touched on indoor classes! However, they\'ll have to wait until at the very least, 17th May in line with the Government\'s roadmap.
