Exercises in this fast bowling chest workout  video :  1. Resisted bench press tempo 3:0:1:0 = 3 Sets * 6-8 Reps 2. Neutral grip incline dumbbell press = 2 Sets * 5 reps each arm 3. tempo flat dumbbell press 4:0:1:0 = 3 Sets * 6-8 Reps 4. Clap push ups = 2 Sets * max reps 5. Single arm cable pullover = 2 Sets * 5 Reps each arm 6. Bench Push with single hand = 3 Sets * 5 sec push ( both arms ) 7. lying med ball chest pass = 3 Sets * 10 reps ( Push as high as you can )
