'Over the weekend, we gathered to celebrate the participants of the 2017 Orangetheory Fitness Capitol Hill Seattle Weight Loss Challenge. In this 8 week weight loss challenge, the winners lost 20-30 pounds during that time due to consistent attendance of workouts and being mindful of their food and caloric intake.
