'One Quick Fitness Drill For Football | The Pure 15 /15'

'In this video, you are going to learn a fitness drill to improve your fitness levels and repeated sprint ability on the football pitch. This drill is an anaerobic exercise called the pure 15/15! This drill will give you stamina like professional players like Mbappe, Haaland, Vinicius Junior, Ansu Fati or Salah! The concept of this anaerobic exercise is to sprint for 15 seconds and then rest for 15 seconds before starting again! The standard for this fitness workout is to do 10 reps which is equivalent to one set! If you make 6 or 7 it\'s still good!  When you are more advanced you can do 2 or 3 sets of this workout, it\'s up to you! Only one though when you don\'t really master it!
