'Don\'t lose your valuable leads! Gym Owner (free) Video Education Series - www.levelupyourgym.com  Past members are one of the best for (re)activation because they know your quality and character.  1.) Learn Why They Left  Members may chose to leave for a number of reasons.  Could be financial.   Could be scheduling.  Have them fill out a survey as to why they are canceling, how satisfied they were, and any comments.  Their objections are things you can try to overcome when following up for reactivation.  Speak to them personally.  2.) Give Them a Reason To Return  When following up, I always speak to their objections, and I always give them a reason to return.  In most cases it is a free week offer.  This allows them to test the waters again and see if it fits back into their schedule.   3.) Leave The Door Open  Always wish them well.  I also ask if I can follow up in the future to see if they would be interested again.  9.9/10 times the answer is yes.'
