'this is my 15MIN. Fat Burning Pilates cardio workout with no equipment, targeting legs and abs. The perfect home workout to tone your body and burn tons of calories. There are 6 exercises and it is very important to do all of these exercises in one motion, with the maximum of a 5-sec break in between. It works effectively, to tone your body and get towards the lean figure vs bulky if of course followed by the controlled calorie intake. I am a huge fan of High-Intensity Interval workouts (HIIT) because, in a very short span of time, you burn a lot of calories, with 15MIN Fat Burn Hiit Pilates. I used to work out with lots of weights before, but ever since I switched to no equipment workouts, the results are better. I use small ankle weights and will be posting more videos of my workout routines. Now, during the quarantine, it is a perfect time to focus on working out and getting in shape or maintaining the shape. Either way, active, healthy living is the key! I am not an expert for fitness, but I grew up being physically active, playing tennis, swimming and I remained the athletic lifestyle ever since. My point is not to necessarily have a Victoria Secret look, but to have a lean shape and feel good. Workout to me has to be fun, otherwise, I quit, lol. That is why my choice of workouts go-to HIIT workouts. One of the things I love about Los Angeles or California, in general, is that people, in general, eat healthy and workout. Therefore there are so many places that fit that lifestyle. Beautiful Southern California offers a variety of great places to work out, and of course amazing weather.
