WEEK 2 Breathing Exercise- Abdominal Breathing : Abdominal or belly breathing is the natural way of breathing that we are born with. Observe an infant\'s breathing pattern and you can see him/her breathing through the belly. YOu can start doing it for minimum 2 minutes to 5 minutes. In this video, you can do the exercise with me for 2 min as I give count with my singing bowl..
