'Expect the unexpected. Our final workout of Hell Week 2020 is “Trick or Treat.” It’s a grab bag full of surprises and more intensity than you’ve seen so far. We’ll give you a clue: It’s a mix of ESP and will keep you on your toes.  Recommended equipment: - Mat or towel - 2 light objects or weights - 2 medium objects or weights'
