'Its another glorious upper body day in the gym where get to look at some pulling and some pushing! We start off with one of Coach Mark\'s favourite moves, the Turkish Get-up, where we encourage you (if you have limited resources at home) to get creative! From there we some kind of pronated row (you decide) super-set with some dips (you decide again!) just got to make sure those sets get tough and stay tough! Todays conditioning piece has some short and sweet AMRAPs where we plan to keep a rolling score across the rounds, check it out!
