'As we come to the end of Week 4 of our Push-up cycle we have a supplementary day to keep the shoulders strong and healthy! Coach Mark explains how we should approach the workout if we have equipment available or if we are dealing with limited resources. The strength piece today is Turkish Get-ups and Pull-ups. The conditioning features an EMOM which looks very simple on paper.
