'It\'s lockdown time in Ontario again, but don\'t let gyms being closed get in the way of your fitness! We are back online bringing you all the fitness fun on the YouTubes and on the Zooms too!  We have ourselves a lower body day where we get to blast those leggies into new levels of fitness, cyclist squats, deadlift and pistol squats are all on the menu! Huzzah!
