'It\'s time for leg day! and even better.. leg day 3 ways! We are looking at some single leg squatting patterns, some posterior chain work for the hammier and some isometrics for those glorious quads too!  Todays conditioning piece is simple, but as we know, simple doesn\'t mean easy! You need some tough kettlebell and then you can get to business!  Be sure to watch the whole video as we have options whether you have gym equipment available or if you have limited options at home!
