'Bar brother winter training - Cory Hall Challenge - We found a challenge that had been put out there by Cory Hall to see how fast someone could do 10 pull ups, 5 muscle ups, 50 push ups and 30 dips. We though this would be a great way to see how we have improved over the winter training. We knew we would not be the fastest but we knew it would be a great test. It was diffidently harder then we thought. Everything seems easier when you sitting by the computer. After completing this exercise we are starting to see how circuit training could be the way to go.
