'Dynamic Warm-up Muscle Activation Preparation: The Marine will start in the standing position with feet hip width apart. Execution: The Marine will step out with one leg and drop the hips toward the deck, keeping the rear leg straight, front knee behind the toe, front foot flat and the chest up. At the bottom of the lunge, they will twist over the leg that is in front. The Marine will twist back to the center, stand up on the forward leg, and repeat on the other side.
