'This video is day 28 of my 100-day fitness challenge to do 100 pushups sit-ups, and squats per day. The power of a good example is huge and my friend Greg probably has one of the cutest videos of his daughters working out with him.   This journey is my way of changing my life and influencing and helping others. Whether that’s through a fitness challenge or through inspiration, motivation or action. I want you to change the way the stars have written your life “Rewrite Your Stars” and make this what you want it to.   I talk about a YouTube video that I saw where a marine challenged a man to give much more than he was able to. The man did 6 pull-ups giving as much effort as he could. When he finished, the marine wouldn’t let him leave until he had given him 100 total. It’s amazing to think that we give so little of what we are capable of. If we are willing to take action now instead of walking the line, we can push ourselves one way or another into our best selves on our journey to become!  Check out my other videos on my channel!
