'SIT UP - The aim of this test is to perform as many sit up as you can in one minute SQUAT TEST-squat down and lightly touch the chair with your buttock before standing back up. keep moving at consistent and steady pace PUSH UP TEST-the aim of this test is to perform as many push up as you can in one minute. VERTICAL JUMP TEST-find a high wall, such as outside of the building which has a bit of room around. try to jumps and put a mark as highest point as you can QUADRANT TEST-jump ahead across the line into 2nd quadrant while moving in clockwise pattern'
