'The most effective way to master lifting is to practice the Hip Hinge technique. In this video, Lucy will will teach you to let your hips, glutes, hamstrings and lower back to do all the heavy work!  Try this workout:  1. Deadlifts with only the olympic bar, focus on your hip hinge technique: 3 sets of 10 reps  2. Deadlifts with medium to heavy weights: 3 sets of 8 reps  3. Double arm kettle bell swings: 3 sets of 8 swings  4.
