'This is a progression that I put together which includes a dynamic warm up, plyometrics and speed resistance training. The video does not show all elements of the progression. The full progression incudes: 1. Jogging up and back 2. Dribbling with ball up and back 3. Juggling ball up and back and between the sticks 4. Dynamic stretching 5. Hurdle hop and one horizontal jump 6. Hurdle hop and two horizontal jumps 7. Hurdle hop and three horizontal jumps 8. Hurdle hop, sprint zig zag through the sticks and sprint back.
