Using weights to add more resistance to your workouts is a great way to build strength and stamina. You don\'t have to use very heavy weights to reap the benefits, all you need is a little extra resistance which can also be found using bottles of water of cans of soup. A little bit of resistance goes a long way. This exercise routine is an intermediate level which means it is all standing and doing movements that challenge the body in different ways. There is some balancing aspects to this workout as well as some lower body movements like squats etc. Only do movements that work best for your body and feel free to modify them if you do not fee comfortable with particular movements.
