This bench only weighs 45 lbs yet has a weight capacity of 500 lbs.  It has 2 built in wheels which makes it easy to transport around your garage gym.  When folded, it only measures 57\" long and 9\" high off the floor or wall.  It has 2 lock pins.  One pin locks/unlocks the back pad, the other locks/unlocks the bottom leg.  It adjusts to 7 different positions so you can use it just as you would any other bench.  And it comes with a 10 year warranty on the frame and 1 year warranty on other parts.
