Routine includes:  Circuit one 15 pushups 15 medicine ball squat & press (8 lbs- 12 lbs) 15 lay down push ups 15 tricep dips  (7 minute circuits, finish the circuit and repeat as many times until the 7 minutes is up. I completed almost two rounds of circuit one within the 7 minutes)  Circuit two 40 mountain climbers 40 ab bikes (20 per side) 30 sit up twists (15 per side) 15 straight leg sit ups  (7 minute circuits, finish the circuit and repeat as many times until the 7 minutes is up. I completed almost two rounds of circuit one within the 7 minutes)  For those of you who would like to do it with me on this 12 week challenge ENJOY!
