'Day 97 - 100 Days Fitness Challenge'

'Today is Day 97 of the 100 Days Fitness Challenge and I have performed 97 pushups & 97 squats in the video.  About the 100 Days Fitness Challenge  You start with 1 pushup & 1 squat on the first day and increase 1 repetition for both pushups & squats by each passing day.  I started the challenge on 26th September where I performed 1 pushup & 1 squat.  27th September was 2 pushups & 2 squats. 28th September was 3 pushups & 3 squats . . . Today, 1st January (Midnight) is 97 pushups & 97 squats.  97 pushups timestamps:  0:00 (Welcome) 2:23 (0-15 pushups) 4:43 (16-30 pushups) 7:31 (31-45 pushups) 10:33 (46-57 pushups) 13:45 (58-71 pushups) 17:13 (72-83 pushups) 20:13 (84-94 pushups) 21:47 (95-97 pushups)  97 squats timestamps:  23:37 (0-20 squats) 25:50 (21-41 squats) 28:12 (42-62 squats) 30:57 (63-83 squats) 33:32 (84-97 squats)  The challenge is made by Divya Kothari.
