'F.I.T. (Functional Intense Training) is designed to take your training and fitness to the next level! Are you ready to kick your body fat percentage where it needs to be? Come be a part of F.I.T.!   Designed to drive you closer to ultimate fitness and health goals, F.I.T. meets 3 days a week for 6 weeks. Always changing, dynamic, full-body workouts will be on the schedule, along with measurable results.   Participants receive before and after measurements, weekly informative and accountability emails, and build workout relationships and partnerships that will keep you motivated to reach your ultimate goals.  This isn\'t your normal group fitness class. We have multi-functional workouts that build on top of one another allowing you to workout like you never have before.  Class size is limited to give you the best personalized attention!  F.I.T. offers a variety of workout programs such as boxing, weight training, plyo, crossfit-type of training, aqua boot camp, basketball, stretching, running, TRX®, and more designed to take your workout to the next level.'
