'100 Days of Sweat day 20 my fitness journey inspired by yes theory, pushing my limit to 15km.'

'So this was what the day 20 of my 100 days of sweat looks like. It includes an attempt at pushups, crunches,  and my first 15km attempt on a bicycle.  I have been on this journey for a while. I wanted to get fit with a daily routine adjustment of exercising every single morning before starting work. Finding that motivation was super hard at first. However, with the right kind of drive, it seems even I was possible of accomplishing this. I wanted to document it for the progress report so I can see how far or close I am to my goals concerning this new process. It has been an exceptional experience so far.
