'Hello Everyone! Today I completed Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide Week 4 Monday: Legs & Cardio. There is one exercise in it called reverse raised lunges, and I\'m not quite sure if I\'m doing it right! So please look it up! I did and this was the best I could come up with! :) My workouts I do Interval Training, I do 1 to 2 minutes (depending on the exercise) of each exercise continuously, with 30 second breaks in between. I do not show everything in her guide (I would not feel right doing that to her), there is so much more to it than the workouts. I was requested to show my LISS in a video (Low Intensity Steady State. Today for LISS, I did a 10 minute pre workout walk. (3.6 MPH, Highest Incline) After my workout, I did a LISS session again of fast walking, (20 minutes, 1 mile, Highest Incline). If you have any requests, please feel free to comment!
