My official 25th Week of Bikini Body Guide! :) It has been so long since I felt organized or able to function! I have had so much go on in the past couple months that unfortunately have prevented me from having a consistent workout schedule! I am so sorry for the delay on my posts and decided to restart the Bikini Body Guide in hopes to stay on track! I am one that needs to start from the beginning and do every bit of it haha! I hate missing any part of it or I will restart!   I hope you all have been well! And I’m very excited to be sharing the next 12 weeks with you all! Please let me know if there is anything you would like to see, have explained, etc! I would be more than happy to help!   I decided in this video to show you my Warm Up and Stretching Routine! My stretching has become second nature to me, I don’t realize I’m doing it until I’m half way done! I think it is SO important to stretch! I honestly believe that you should only be working out if you plan to stretch with it! I stretch before, in the middle, and after ALL my workouts!!!!!! This also cuts your rehabilitation time especially if you foam roll! • My Warm Up Routine! I actually got this from Kayla’s Bootcamps! They really kick your butt! Set a timer for 5 minutes! Pick 4 exercises, try and pick exercises that target all areas of your body; I do butt kicks, knee highs, star jumps and mountain climbers; Do each exercise for 30 seconds for 5 minutes! You will do each exercise 5 times, 1 minute total each!   If you need Help with explanation of Circuits! I’d be happy to help! Please PLEASE email me as well if you have a question! I do not receive my Youtube notifications unfortunately as much as I’d like! So I’m sorry it takes me so long!  Warm Up Circuit 1 • 7 Minutes 30 Second Break Circuit 2 • 7 Minutes 90 Second Break Circuit 1 • 7 Minutes 30 Second Break Circuit 2 • 7 Minutes Cool Down • Stretch  I hope this helps some of you out! Just don\'t stop working out for the 7 minutes! And then rest in between circuits!   WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU FINISH THE REPS! AND THERE IS STILL TIME LEFT?! Restart the circuit you were just doing! Don\'t stop; don\'t change circuits; start same circuit again and go until the timer goes off!   Are any of you starting BBG? There is no better time then NOW! THANK YOU!!!
