'This workout is an extension of Part I: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-qP847D4XPE   With Brazilian butt lift workout part II we\'re going to start a bit easier - start with glute stretches, continue with lying hamstring rises – (with one leg extended) and lying side leg lifts - with this exericse your hip flexors will do a great job!  The accent of this Brazilian butt lift workout is on kicks. Yep, kick it - it\'s good for your booty. Start with one knee kick back - you\'ll be kicking up with your knees bent. Continue with kick ups and then try the kick ups with extended legs - push through heels - you will feel your booty doing the work. And the last one - to relax those gluteal muscles of yours - standing leg lifts, they are relatively easy to perform, but still do the trick.'
