'It is understood that the Korean government had made these two routines part of a national fitness program. For all ages; especially seniors. Although, the language is Korean, it is still easy to follow what is being taught. The first form is slow with a beautiful Korean song as music. The second form has a lively tempo and equally rock\'n Korean music.'
