'Men\'s group fitness sessions run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning, starting at 6:00am. We run our training sessions in a laid back, encouraging way where there are no shouty instructors, just trainers who want to help you reach your goals, whether they are just keeping up with your kids, or running a marathon, we aim to help you get there.
