'Go through this RPM Run Club Group Workout to improve your running! 1 - AMRAP 3 min. Barbell over head. Elastic hops on one leg, alternating legs every few hops. 2 - AMRAP 3 min. Banded partner run. Run in opposite directions while increasing and decreasing falling angle. 3 - AMRAP 3 min. Two arm Russian Kettle bell swings, any weight, focusing on the catch element of the movement. 4 - AMRAP 3 min. One leg jump rope in Running Pose. Alternate legs every few hops while keeping focus on elasticity. 5 - Finish with a 2-Mile Run   WHAT IS AN RPM RUN CLUB?
