4 MIN SHOULDER BURN- 2lb weights

If you haven't tried my other arm workouts, then know that 2 pound weights are plenty if you want to feel the burn. Feel free to go as high as 5 pounds. Remember, the whole idea is not to drop your weights for the entire song. So, lets sculpt those shoulders to get those tummies looking smaller.  BTW - my outfit is from Target!
