We\'re starting a movement and we\'d love for you to join! https://www.patreon.com/wenningstrength STAN EFFERDING - MATT WENNING ON DEMAND SERIES HERE: https://vimeo.com/ondemand/wenningandefferding Stop doing this if you\'re lifting a muscle group more than once every 72 hours!!! You must know by now this channel is going to give away all the best information for you to become the best bencher, squatter, and lifter possible. Now, this is straight from Matt\'s own personal playbook. He learned early in his career that when you squat one day if you try to squat the next you are putting yourself at a big disadvantage. Training in a suboptimal form is the best way to get injured, lose gains, and even cause your body to go backward. We want you to succeed do make sure you follow this rule in your core lifts and all of your fitness endeavors. Right now ask yourself when was the last time I used my lower body? How about your upper body? Well, we recommend you always record your workouts to make sure you are not overlapping your regiment slowing you down. First, if you have squatted in the last two days it\'s in your best interest to stop lifting with your lower body until 72 hours have passed with good sleep and good meals. Second, you need to be sure you\'re honest with your recovery. If you are feeling bad due to sickness or lack of sleep be sure to give yourself even more time. Now if you are working on a powerlifting schedule we know that you can\'t miss workouts but what you can do is treat the movement as a GPP lifting day or maybe even just a de-load day.
