This glutes & abs workout will work your whole body but it really does focus on working those two muscles.   This glutes & abs workout uses a mixture of high-intensity training and resistance training to help build strength, endurance and balance. It is a quick workout and only requires the space of your mat or towel - so it is the perfect glutes & abs workout if you don’t have much time, space or equipment.
