'In today\'s workout vlog, I took the US Navy Seals Fitness Test without practice and in the pouring rain. This test includes a 500 yard swim (I performed a run instead), a 2 minutes pushup test, a 2 minutes sit up test, a chin-up test, and one final 1.5 mile run. Though that is a hard workout in and out of itself, the minimum required times and reps make it that much more difficult. Needing 50 pushups and situps, 10 chin-ups and less than 10:30 on a 1.5 mile run all in one workout really challenges your mental fortitude, muscular endurance, strength and overall fitness. After completing this trest, it is no kidding that these individuals around the world that serve for their countries are in incredible shape and are some of the most badass men and women on the planet. Today, I tried the US Navy Seals fitness test in the pouring rain and without practice.
