Day 2 of Vlogmas is a treat, I reveal my 8 week fitness challenge results! It's definitely a mini transformation compared to other weight loss transformation videos on Youtube but it's realistic to me and the energy I was willing to put into this challenge. For the F45 challenge we cut out coffee, sugar, gluten, red meat (for first two weeks), dairy (for first two weeks) and had to drink 2-3L of water every day - on top of working out 5-7 times a week. I've never completed a fitness challenge EVER but I think doing it with my boyfriend and having a community of people at my gym + mini weekly challenges, really helped keep me motivated. For me, fitness motivation isn't necessarily about weight loss, it's more about focusing on nutrition and seeing if I can commit to something that has nothing to do with money and student loan debt. I didn't have a weight loss goal because I'm fine with my current weight but I did want to become stronger, increase my endurance with the ultimate goal of being able to do a pull up.
