'I taped this film after my initial injury before I knew I was going to require surgery. I will be making a recovery training video for all you keepers coming back from injuries like I am. Mean while I have a good fitness session that the other goalkeeper at the academy alejo was put through every few days. Rudy trains hard, and alejo still has a lot of work to do but it\'s a good session to use for any keeper that is working on overall fitness and handling work. Thanks for watching !'
