'Fitness is a LIFETIME commitment.  I know from personal experience the challenges of staying healthy and fit. Changing my relationship with food and taking the necessary steps to live a long and healthy life has been quite the journey. I first started loving myself exactly the way I was both inside and out. I\'m working on the outside changes now (muscle definition) but I always keep in mind that the freedom to walk and run and breath without pain or endure illness and disease is priceless! No six pack can compare to having a clean bill of health! This Fitness Journey series is about more than vanity.  It\'s about taking real moments every single day to evaluate how we care for our bodies. We are fearfully and wonderfully made by God! Let\'s love ourselves to good health. xoxo!
