'Beginners 30 is a 30 day beginner at home workout challenge featuring 30 minute versions of our original Beginners 60 workout challenge (linked below). This workout program allows you to start from where you are, with minimal equipment (dumbbells and mat only), and provides you with the structure you need to take jump start your weight loss goals.
