'In this 20 Minute Dynamic Fitness routine you will complete a full body workout.  Legs, arms, chest, shoulders, glutes and back all get exercised.  The time also seemed to fly by as every exercise was different and really broke the routine up.  The workout is broken into 20 exercises that last for 1 minute each. The 1 minute is broken into 20 secs on and 10 secs off.  Regardless of ability, I suggest having a go at every exercise even if you can only do 1 rep as each exercise targets different muscle groups.  This is the full workout:  1.  High Knee Sprints 2. Cross Double Leg Raises 3. Pike Press Ups 4. Four Count jumping Jacks with Two Squat Jumps 5. Side Plank Crunch 6. Diamond Press Ups 7. Four Count Mountain Climbers with Shoulder Taps 8. Straight Arm Extended Crunch 9. 2 Pump Burpees 10. Rear Lunge with Knee Raises 11. Plank with Single Leg Raise 12. Rear Hand Press Ups 13. Side Lunge 14. Flutter Kicks 15. Forearm Up and Downs 16. Squat N Hold 17. Crunch N Hold 18. Shuffle Burpees 19. Reverse Snow Angels 20. Five Pump Navy Seals  I hope you enjoy the workout.  Stay focussed on your goals.'
