'Similar to the 30 day push up challenge, this 100 days is to help change my life and body over the course of 100 days. My hope is that this fitness challenge helps to motivate those who are looking to make take massive action and Rewrite Their Stars!  100 push-ups per day, 100 squats per day, and 100 sit-ups per day is my goal. You could say it was a new years resolution or transformation, but it is something much more than that. Comment below your hardest fitness challenge and how you did it.
