'Take a break and watch Natcha, a KPIS Elementary student doing the Tabata workout. All classes in the lower elementary were assigned to do the Tabata Exercise. Tabata is a high-intensity workout which includes 20- second workout and 10-second rest. All in all, there will be 8 exercises that will be done. They are: 1.Squat 2. Standing Crunches 3. Run in place 4. heel touches 5. push up to plank 6. lunges 7. mountain climber. 8. Toe touches. This workout was assigned to lower elementary students as the intensity is moderate. Well done Natcha!
