'This week the team had some technical difficulties, but in true firefighter form, they powered through to deliver another awesome workout. This weeks workout was a 12 minutes AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) of Handstand Pushups and Hollow Rocks, but as the team showed, there were multiple ways to scale this one down.'
