'In this video we take you through a EMS Training Review Session at BODYTEC Durbanville - The NO B.S. Fitness Way. This was really an exciting experience for us. We didn\'t know what to expect and were both pretty nervous heading in. We have also always had two minds about the whole practice however we were very quickly made aware that this is not for softies. We had a 20 min session and by the end was sweating profusely and it felt like we hit a hard heavy weighted session. Our conclusion: This is the perfect fix for someone who has very little time to train but wants to be as optimal as possible.
